I’ve changed my mind, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on any of our online products because each crystal and or gemstone has its unique personal energies.

We want every customer to be satisfied with our delivery service, therefore we are happy to offer an exchange if an item was damaged during transportation. Please provide proof of damage by negligent of courier by photos and email it to us.

We will be happy to exchange the item with any item/s that is available online, subject to a balance being paid for items that are of a higher value than the original purchase.

Can I return item received as a gift?

Unfortunately, no.

How do I exchange something?

Please choose carefully, we will only offer an exchange under special circumstances.

Email us at delivery@starseedsrising.com.au to notify us within 2 days from the day of purchase. Please include the order reference number, reason/s for exchange with your item when you return it. You will receive a confirmation of receipt of this notification, via email, which will confirm if the reason/s for return is accepted. For additional information, please read our Terms & Services.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you get a signed-for service from the Australia Post or a Courier. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Items damaged during transit, will be treated as used, thus cannot be exchanged.

How long will it take to deal with my exchange?

Once your parcel has been received by our team it can take up to 21 working days to fulfill your request. Returns are dealt with in the order in which they are received.

When we have dealt with your parcel we will confirm this to you by email, assuming you have given us your email address.

If, after sending your return to us, you have not received our email confirmation within 10 working days, please contact us on delivery@starseedsrising.com.au so we can investigate.
