We use Australia Post as our official courier.

We are currently offering a flat rate of $9.95 Australia wide shipping on all orders under 5kg and fits through a standard mailbox. This service is tracked.

Our delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process.

We believe we offer a value for money delivery service for all our orders. However, we always seek to offer the most cost effect delivery method for each order. If we discover we can offer an alternative delivery method at a lesser price, we will contact you before dispatching the goods.

All orders are treated as a priority for despatch and we endeavour to despatch all orders on the day we receive them. Australia wide deliveries are despatched for next working day delivery.  If your order has not arrived within 5 working days, please email delivery@starseedsrising.com.au with your order number and contact details.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes we do. International orders take 5 to 14 working days to arrive after your payment has been confirmed, depending on where you are located. This timeline is estimated assuming that the delivery will not get stopped in customs. .

If your order has not arrived by after 14 days, please email delivery@starseedsrising.com.au with your order number and contact details.

Please note: Starseeds Rising does not pay your local import taxes and duties on your behalf.

Can I change the delivery address?

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at the time of order (or to an address we have had confirmed by the customer, in writing, prior to despatch of the order from our premises).  We will not be liable for any order where the delivery address is changed by the customer, after the order has been despatched from our premises.

We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to an order where additional delivery arrangements have been made independently and directly between the courier/postage service and the customer.  (e.g. agreement to leave in a safe place).
